I love this movie. Back in the days when a epic movie like this one needed to have a great story and great acting because you did not have the graphic's we have today. This movie pulls it off, a timeless classic. It may be long, but it is worth watching time, after time.

I watched this movie when I was a kid, really amazing production and really great in details. Now they made it in Blu-ray and I had to have it. A great classic, they don't make movies with this quality anymore.

Have always loved watching the chemistry between Burton and Taylor. Elizabeth Taylor will ALWAYS be one of the most beautiful actresses ever! A very good adaptation and still my favorite take on the classic.

Liz Taylor, Richard Burton and Rex Harrison in one of their best epic movie performance. Extravagant sets, movie extras and a vivid colors all enhance the movie experience. Had to have the blue ray version especially at the price, streaming movies are just not the same

Great classic movie, Now even better on blu ray. Perfect movie for your children to learn a little history and enjoying a classic movie with your family and friends.

I'm a fan of old epics and no film is as epic as this with the exception of Ben-Hur with Charlton Heston. I'm a fan of Elizabeth Taylor, even though this has some excess it is a good movie. Excellent picture and quality and its two discs.

Highly acclaimed, but it’s no Gladiator. Slow paced with an ok storyline.

CLEOPATRA was always one of my favorite films and this blu ray version certainly does justice to it ! The transfer is one of the best I've seen in years and does show the spectacle that originally it had on film . Very nice and I recommend it to all !

This is an excellent, colorful, action packed, all star cast movie about Cleopatra of Egypt. I highly recommend this & you will not be disappointed at all if you buy this movie.

Very good movie. The all star cast and Liz Taylor with her beautiful garments. She had to change 50 plus times. It's a very long movie but a good one for a Saturday night..

Yes Vivien Leigh and Claude Raines were in the original and it portrayed Cleopatra as a teen queen. This is more mature with Liz Taylor as the queen. Burton over acts his part while Rex Harrison is spot on as Ceasar with a Henry Higgins attitude of the queen. Its pomp and cicimstance mixed with Shakespearin tradgedy

A great blu ray transfer of an old classic that took down a movie studio. The actors are great, the sets and costumes are amazing, but you expected all that if a movie costs hundreds of millions of dollars to make - and then some. I don't know how they could greenlight something so expensive, but I'm glad they did. Taylor and Burton all the way to the bank.

I loved the grandeur of Rex Harrison's Caesar and the torment of Richard Burton's Marc Antony. Lavish sets, fine spectacle, but really didn't enjoy the second half as much as the first. Blu-ray audio and video were superb.

I bought this for my daughter as she wanted to see it. She called me last night and loved it. She loved the beautiful costumes in this movie also.

The greatest Hollywood couple, Liz Taylor & Richard Burton, in the movie that almost broke the studio, Fox. A historical epic that they don't make anymore.

This movie still codefines "epic" for me, along with The Ten Commandments. Taylor is brilliant and beautiful, and the drama and pageantry of the fall of Ptolemaic Egypt is gripping from beginning to end. Treat yourself.

I loves this movie and we did not have it in our collection of over 500 movies, so he really needed it. Impressive that they could make this movie at that time. All the extras it took and the clothes were great.

Never saw this magnificent movie till purchased great historical story and beautiful picture!
