Fast paced, makes you feel like you are part of the action. Camera shake is intentional, but it's a little too much and sometimes the camera panning is too fast and too frequent. Still a great movie.

I absolutely can not stand found footage movies. This movie has a good plot and cast, but the found footage stuff kept throwing me off. I do think others should give it a chance.

I enjoyed this movie and it looks good on 4K; not the greatest but it’s works. I would recommend buying.

I picked this up, while on sale, because seeing 10 Cloverfiled Lane got me in the mood again. I think it's a fun movie, and Matt Reeves has gone on to direct some pretty great stuff.

I found this movie to be more of a thriller than a scary movie. Good Friday night movie to watch. Best buy also has this movie for $5.00 can't beat the price for an enjoyable movie.

I'm not a huge fan of "found footage" movies, but this one isn't too bad at all. It is however an awesome way to really put your sound system to work! The audio is phenomenal!

When I first saw this, the first 20 minutes had me glued to my seat and the rest of the movie was just ho-hum.... Still worth a look if you haven't seen it...

This is a fantastic movie that uses the home movie style very well. It's an homage to giant kaiju movies that fans of Godzilla and Gammera should check out.

This is a very unique film, the story is told from the perspective of a video camera held by one of the actors in the film. This is a very interesting and scary movie. Many of the scenes in NYC had me wondering how did they do that? I've enjoyed all three Cloverfield movies, but I like this one best of all.

Did not know what to expect, and happily could not guess what would happen next. Good writing, good acting, and really good looking and good sounding movie.

I always liked this movie.. the wife... not so much. The found footage style results in a somewhat shakey experience from the camera man's perspective which bothered my wife. Not me though.. and when I finally saw this in the $5 bin at Best Buy... I had to grab it! Wife watched it again and didn't think it was as bad as she remembered.. lol

This is a solid monster movie that sufferered a bit from all the hype surrounding it. The movie is one of those handheld camera, found footage, character point of view movies like "The Blair Witch Project", "Chronicle", and all of the "Paranormal Activity" movies. The movie also famously, or infamously, made some people queasy from all of the shaky film shots. Overall I like this movie a lot but I feel like you need to be in the mood for it versus other movies that you are always up for watching.

This movie is an okay movie. I didn't like all the moving around while filming but overall it is an okay movie and gets interesting in the middle of the movie.

for the colverfiled universe this was a great first set up to what became a very confusing timeline/ franchise this was a good movie but not a lot people liked it since they got motion sickness very thrilling good cast cgi is great a good pick up

The film itself is great with clear and succinct plot. For a found footage film is shot very well. There are several extras that are very interesting as well.

Overall was a decent movie, but the shaking camera effect (Blair witch style) does get annoying and for me takes away some of the suspense

if you like this movie buy it on physical copy! the quality of picture and sound is so good! it felt like I was watching it for the first time
