We appreciate your feedback, and would like to address the points in it in regard to the air temperature, and the protective sarcophagus crate.
First, we regret that the temperature of the air being expelled from the system was a surprise, but this is quite normal. The whole purpose of the 10 fans in the chassis is to help keep the system cool and running right, by expelling air that has been heated up inside the chassis - by taking the heat away from the components, and drawing in cooler air to replace it. Even with all those fans however, as you've noted, it's a very quiet system.
Second, as to the wooden sarcophagus crate that the system arrives in, it is incredibly sturdy and is used to protect the system in transit. While quite physically substantial and well engineered, as well as more than up to the task of being a set of protective 'armor' for the system while in transit, we would like to assure you that it did not have a negative impact on the pricing of the system, especially not 10%.
