Couldn't have built a better one for the price!

Excellent performance and a pleasure to use. Solid state drive means startup and operations are extremely fast. I use this computer daily since I tend to work from home a lot, and have never had a problem with it from the first day I unpacked it. And naturally, this is a killer gaming computer that can easily support high-end games and even VR. Sure, I can build my own PC (and have in the past), but really, for the money, you really won't find a better pre-built system. Oh, and it's wireless as well.

I recently purchased the CLX Gaming Desktop to replace my Xbox One and PS4 before the launch of the new consoles. The machine has exceeded my expectations when playing games like Call of Duty and Destiny 2. It has enough horse power to run the highest settings with screen tearing (FYI, Destiny 2 needed VSync to be active to look its best) or other adverse effects. I knew buying a PC would result in a learning curve, but after 4 weeks, I feel comfortable with the software. I've also been able to utilize Youtube to teach me how to disassemble the chassis and add an additional SSD for increased storage. There are plenty of resources available for you online if you have a question. For the longest time, I could not determine how to change the RGB lights on the chassis. I went down the Youtube rabbit hole and found various suggestions and software programs that could control the lights. None worked. Fortunately, the builder included a customer service flyer in the PC box. After calling the builder, I was informed the chassis had a button near the USB ports specifically used to manipulate the RGB. The effects are great and I am extremely pleased with the visage of the PC. The biggest X factor when buying any pre-built is customer service. The builder for this particular PC has answered all my questions and done so with a pleasant and helpful tone. This builder will not let you down. I recommend purchasing this machine if you're looking to replace an old gaming system or aging computer (if you don't want to build it yourself). I have not been disappointed, and I don't believe you will be either.

Great computer. Does get a little hot but nothing bad. The lights did come in white on the front not the RBG.

Beware the good deal on GPU from CLX

Price wise, this was a really good deal, considering the parts in this pre-build would have cost more to assemble on your own. So why 3 stars? For one, the chassis fans broke down before my manufacturer's warranty was up, but I was using the system for work and couldn't afford a delay in replacing them, so I went ahead and paid out of pocket. No big deal. Then, one month out of warranty, the GPU crashes. No fix, completely unusable. No replacement available. So considering I only got a year of usage out of this system, it doesn't feel like such a good deal anymore. Additionally, the "mini" box size limits the options for what you can replace parts with yourself. The GPU it comes with is hella cramped already, so it doesn't leave a lot of room to make your own edits. (I don't consider this a huge problem, but it's worth noting in case anyone wants to add their own parts.) Bottom line I guess, is be a little warry of a good deal from this company. If it seems too cheap, it probably is...
