Had it for a little under a month but so far everything works great. The 2080 Super graphics has been the fastest card used to date and so far I am pleased with it. PC is large and heavy so be prepared for that. I have an issues with 2 of the USB ports not working correctly but being it came with 12 I feel it's not to much of a big deal. Also the mouse and keyboard is isn't the best so I would swap those out. If pricing is not a factor then you will be happy with this PC and overall I definitely would recommend it!

The big disappointment here is the sound. Spec says 7.1 but you only have the usual 2.0 output (NOTE: one stereo put). I would still recommend but with the NOTE, you going to have to pay for better sound. Which, on a $2600 PC is not acceptable. The system itself is fast, like very fast compared to what I have owned in the past. CPU, GPU, RAM, hard drives. all fast. 3DMark put it on the very upper percental and only because it has a 2080 and not a 2080Ti. May change review on future.

We were really excited the day this desktop arrived- until we went to connect it to WiFi and learned, after 3 hours of being on phone with technical support, that the drivers weren’t installed. We also learned it lacked many updates dating back to May even though our was shipped “new”in September. It’s been at Best Buy store for past 3 days awaiting diagnostics to ensure we’ve received what we paid for. This is no fault of Best Buy. I’d expect more from the manufacturer.

The Perfect PC for me, Fast, has lots of storage, can play AAA games at 1440p (@ max settings with no problem), and suprisingly pleasant looking. BUT I don’t know if it's my own fault or the machines fault but I have had to take it to be fixed so many times at this point, like 2-3 times. Once it broke because the 1tb SSD just gave up and corrupted (which couldn't be saved), so we had to get a replacement, like whole new machine, so that happened, and the most recent time was because a usb port on the back of it, just broke off in my keyboard's usb while taking it out so I could clean it. TLDR: Amazing machine, but I have bad luck and have accidentally broken it like 2-3 times.

Everything was set up as expected except for the windows office. Asked that Geek Squad reconnect my outlook home and office 2016 that they had installed on my previous Best Buy computer. The product was set up and comes up ok but, if I lose my network connection none of the office products run. It tries to connect to Microsoft for an update? 2016 should be stand-alone.

It's unfortunate that I bought this during the pandemic, because the chip shortage made the motherboard go bad, and it died 2 years after using.

Nice running machine! Delivery was faster then expected and arrived sooner! Very happy!

Very good pc. No issues overall not worth the almost 3k price point tho
