Missing fan and no rgb

They couldn't fix it and gave me store credit after 3 weeks. Then I found this pc in stock and ordered it. I just picked up the pc today. Came home and set it up. Case is not as shown on the pictures. Front panel is different. I was curious and opened the front fan panel and i saw that there is no rgb and just 2 fans instead of 3. Also there is no rgb led light inside of the case. That's why rgb button on top of the case just a useless part. And also when first ordered clx set they sent me cheap and broken keyboard but now they really did something good and there wasn't any keyboard or mouse in the box. It is just ridiculous. You pay 3 grand this what you get. If they gave my money back not store credit for replacement I'm sure I wouldn't buy a clx set. Now if you can please solve my problem. If you care about your customers.

A Reasonably Priced High End Gaming Rig (A Beast)

The NVIDIA 3070 graphics card is a beast - have yet to find a game that will make it stutter. The 32gb of ram makes all tasks just flow with no hitches. The 960gb makes loading fast and the 4tb hard drive gives you a bunch of storage. Liquid cooling for the CPU keeps the temp running in the 80-90 degree F. I am a completely satisfied customer. For a reasonably priced gaming rig, I completely recommend this product.

Good PC for the money. Well balanced

I am not sure if the forgot to include the third one or they no longer include it in the build. Either way the picture should show what you get. The GPU does get a little hot during intense gaming, so I could use the extra fan. Not to mention they look cool. If the manufacturer reads this and sends me another fan, I will update the post. I do have to say, this is a great PC that looks great. I only wish it had WiFi 6e. I guess I will have to add that later. Good PC for the money.

Do not purchase instant regret

Honestly just build your own PC instead wasting your money on this product it’s not worth it

We regret that an issue was encountered, and we would have been happy to assist you in remedying it!
The system would have been well within all thermal limits, prior to shipping, and so we are confident that the issue occurred after leaving our facility.
There are multiple possible causes, including a part that failed after testing, the coldplate being jarred slightly loose during a rougher than normal shipping experience, the bios being reset/changed after delivery - which would cause the fan header to revert to "Fan" instead of "Pump", which would drop the RPMs to drop drastically and cause overheating, etc.
Again, our Friendly Customer Service Team would have gladly helped to remedy the issue, whether it be something as simple as a bios setting, or replacing a part or the system.

Great computer

Rtx scalpers suck

Tried to spec parts out to build one myself, ended up buying this as I could not get my hands on a rtx to save my life. But all in all ended up saving myself money on the pricing of the gpu alone. Lucky I found this. Good buy.

Quiet, Cool, Great Value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC Took a little longer to arrive but that was because these are made to order from CLX and shipped direct to Best Buy. Overall, great value for the price. ASRock MOBO and Patriot/Seagate SSDs. 3070 was a Gigabyte Eagle variant. Case shows 3 front fans, however there are only 2 and this is because of the AIO Liquid CPU cooler (Unbranded from ASetek) is a 2 fan radiator. System runs quiet and keeps cool, GPU was holding under 70C while running NiceHash for 24 hours straight. GPU holds between 68-74C while running OBS and Call of Duty Warzone. Opening the back of the case, cable management is nice and tidy. RGB easy to customize via the remote and using XPG's Ram color software (must download on your own). One of my favorite features of this case is the magnetic dust filter on the top of the case. Only thing I would do after purchasing this device is add 2 more fans on the top, just below the dust filter, but that is just something of my preference. Many other reviews of the CLX series through Best Buy state that the packing was poor and their devices did not boot up on the first try. Mine, however, had plenty of protection and booted on the first try. CLX has been around for a long time (formerly known as cybertron) and knows what they are doing. My only complaint isnt even a complaint, but the provided "gaming mouse and keyboard" aren't great. But they are free, so there isn't a lot to expect. Mouse is fine, but the keys on the keyboard are SUPER stiff and difficult to type with. The layout of the keyboard is great, but keys sometimes don't depress when typing at a quicker rate. Overall, would recommend to a friend and this is a great rig for your video editing, gaming, and streaming needs.
