Major Disappointment

Random reboots and errors related to the video card. This should have been QC'd before sending it out. Should just have been a plug and go for the price. Returned it for a full refund, very disappointed in the company.

Graphics Card issue within same day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It worked great for a few hours and then froze. It restarted with no display output. I tested using different cables and monitors and my monitors and cables all work in other computers. I received it Christmas Eve and it died at midnight. I was told by support to Re-seat the RAM and the GPU but no tool will fit in the size given to unscrew the GPU. NOWWW I gotta spend more time buying a tool, then trouble shooting my brand new computer. Maybe I'll get to all my important tasks :\
