Q: Does this have a standard microphone jack input?
A: Yes this has a separate headphone and mic jack on the top front of the tower, plus some on the back. A side note though, I bought 2 of these same units within the last 3 months and they are different from the model shown in the pictures. They both have the usb and audio and mic jacks on the top front and not the bottom. They are very nice PC's as well, I'm extremely happy with them.
