This is the 3rd pc I have ordered in little over a year. Two of them came with problems and I had to return them. From Geek Squad team Jason was very helpful and he ordered the 3rd one for me. In details says it has 3200 mhz rams but i got 3000. Also rgb CLX logo on top of the case came broken. This can happen during the shipping. So far I didn't have any problem with pc and I hope I won't. But for sure I'm not gonna order any pc from CLX in the future. CLX Support guys were helpful too but it takes weeks and weeks to get the new pc. And it is very frustrating when you pay good amount of money for it. It was total disappointment and bad experience for me.

So far, so good! This pre-built system is sleek, good-looking, and with 7 TB combined internal HD space, 'will be able to download alpt pf games and tons of movies!

i've had it for about 6 months now and it's performed well. this is my second pc and a massive upgrade to my old one. but i do have a few issues with it. the fan is VERY loud while playing a multitude of games of various sizes. it ca also be worse if you like watching youtube or movies / tv in the backgroung / 2nd monitor. it runs most games smoothly as i've had very few issues that weren't capable of fixing in a few minutes. the storage is nice as i have 46 games installed and still have about half of my storage left but if you want to save some moeny i would recomoned going for a 5/6 tb. overall i think it's a solid pc that can run upper end games well, has VERY loud fans, a masive storage and a good graphics card.

Besides a few USB and one hdmi port miss slotted and not allowing a plug in.....the system is fantastic. Play a lot of Hell let loose and no over heating issues, no tearing, rtx 3070 is great. Have had no crashes, no freezing and no issues what so ever. Yeah it's a bit much. People complain you can build one cheaper....but are they doing it? Probably not. This is a great product and it arrived early.

While January 28, 2021 is my ordered date, unit not received until February 25. For 1 month, it was in limbo because of poor information and poor customer support from Best Buy. After it arrived, it would not boot through the RTX3070 graphic card. As of this moment, I am awaiting a new board from CLX. CLX has been tried very hard to provide good support; but that doesn't make it easier to accept a $3,000.00 computer that is running only onboard graphics. There were options of course, 1. to return it; 2. to send it back - no computer for however long awaiting new one. OR 3. return bad board and install new one upon arrival - should be a few days. (UNFORTUNATELY, UPS AIR HAS BECOME COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE). Other than the bad graphics board, the unit 'feels' good. Looks good. I especially like the smoked-glass side panels that open like wide doors for real easy access. A lot of fans, runs cool - and you can turn the fans down to cut most fan noise when not required. Very disappointing..We'll see how it goes. I initially made my purchase based upon the fact that Cybertron/CLX is an American assembler in Kansas. So far the people there have been very anxious to 'make it right'.

Excellent gaming and development system. Wanted to develop and test games - this system fits the task. Plenty of horsepower and space.

The computer shipped with low quality parts, the motherboards VRM's could not handle the i9 10850k and stressed or thermal throttled right away. The computer was supposed to ship with a 3070 gaming or Aorus 3070, but I was given a 3070 eagle. The eagle has a worse cooler, and worse oc performance for a very expensive computer. Computer came spotty and would not even boot, or sometimes not let out a signal to the monitors. External webcam has graphical glitches sometimes too. Sent the wrong PC case' and a cheaper one too that had worse airflow. Do not recommend.

Other than the extra fan being loud and the power button for it being in the back of the unit, I am pleased so far with my purchase. I feel like the extra fan power should be on the side or front.

Great customer service. My delivery was two weeks late though. This computer can change the lights with a remote which is pretty cool. Im happy with my purchase. :)

Came with faulty GPU (would not display video) that I had to have replaced by the Cybertron. Easy enough, but delayed use of multiple monitors by almost 2 weeks.

All that but where's the chips? Dad joke. Good so far.

I had to return it do to no display. But the bestbuy tech had really good pointers. So just waiting on another pc to be sent

Very powerful workstation well-suited for running CAD programs suchnas Solidworks and Autocad. Very fast and smooth graphics. Key board could us imrovement (resembles the IBM ,eyboard of old) but is functional.
