I had a 1080p front & rear camera system in my personal car that I have been using for a while, I have tested some other systems but really wanted to try the Cobra system for a few reasons. First it was the 4K front camera & second was the Alexa voice controls. The 4K front camera is clear, crisp & absolutely gorgeous. Going from 1080p to 4K was a very nice upgrade & something I am extremely happy I did. I will be looking to get the in-cabin camera as well as a hardwire kit so that I can have the while parked features. Really looking forward to that. Second, the Alexa voice commands are really nice, integrate nicely, and are much easier than remembering what button does what. I am going to tinkering with the iOS Shortcuts app here in the coming weeks to try to tinker with it and see what other stuff I can get the Drive Smarter app & Cobra SC400D to do together. Should be a lot of fun. The question you are probably asking yourself is if the 4K is worth it as you compare systems or looking to upgrade your current system. As someone who had a 1080p 60fps system previously installed I can emphatically say YES! I would do it over again. I'll be looking to replace all my dash cam systems (3 in total) with this one or better yet, Cobra's most up-to-date one which they go 4K all around (only reason I'd hold out is knowing this will probably be coming at some point).

Dash Cam is easy to use and takes nice quality videos and pictures.

The app is definetly not user friendly and takes to mych time loading videos. If uou go from one video to the next it stops yo load agsin. So frustrating and waste of time just trying to find the video you need. Why would you release an app this bad! And why dont yiubhave cloud service? Why do i hsve to be in car to view videos.

Worked well until it stopped working. Nine months after the purchase and use, it wouldn't power up. After troubleshooting, i contacted the manufacturer and provided proof of purchase. They said the warranty wasn't valid because it was sold by a 3rd party thu Amazon. I expect the manufacturer to stand behind their products and they failed to honor their warranty. This webcam wasnt cheap. Shame on them!

I bought this product 5 months ago and it stopped working. It started making beeping noises then it just turned off. Going to have to contact customer support and hopefully something can be done. But seriously this is still fairly new. Dont buy this one, find something else.

Love it! Easy to install and set up on phone. Great camera quality and the parked feature is a great plus. Highly recommend.

I have been trying to use this camera for months the thing does not work right and it was installed in best buy the phone support is bad and it cant even record a license plate at night. The chip is to small to use in memory and i have fought with this thing forever. The cobra company wont discuss exchanges.
