Pretty ticked off while I'm writing this, About to search the website for a replacement tv after I get refund credit for this thing. It had a great picture and response time especially to video games, now however it JUST died, started going blank and no buttons not even the power on the remote or tv worked. Now it wont even turn on. I'm furious right now, can't believe they would sell a product that quits working like that. Will update about the customer service I receive at the Best Buy Store. As for now, I have a worthless tv and not to much money to upgrade. It's obviously a risk buying anything, particularly used or refurbished items. I took that risk thought I was winning, then lost horrifically. Your gamble, I MIGHT buy this again if it was new not refurb. Plus I saw this thing was supposed to have features such as built in NTSC reciever that were NOT true!

this is a great tv. bought it refurbished and it works like a charm. The picture comes out very clear and it is very lightweight. The only negative is that it doesn't extremely loud (i have a mother who talks loud so i want it to tune her out), but thats the only real negative. With these type of tv's you have to make sure that you do not leave the tvs on for a long period of time other wise the light bulb will die if overheated, thats the same with all LCD TVs. to avoid the light bulb from burning out turn it off when not watching it.

Nothing about this TV will blow you away but for the price its a good buy.
