There's nothing too great about Codename: STEAM, but there's nothing too bad, either. Although I'm not a big fan of turn-based combat games, this one is easy enough and enjoyable enough to keep me coming back from time to time.

It's pretty good game if u into turn base games the story is pretty weird & funny but I like it also I like the comic book art style it has, it's not the great game in its genre but it's not bad neither & it has multiplayer if that's what you're into.

Great game with lots of quirky American presidents fighting aliens! You can also use your Fire Emblem amiibo as support characters! Great game

Excellent strategy/RPG action for the 3DS. The graphics are great with the 3D very popping.

This game is something between X-Com and Valkyria Chronicles. You don't get to see the whole map (and S.T.E.A.M. isn't an RPG) like the Fire Emblems and Final Fantasy tactics of the world. Rather, you have a free move with an over-the-shoulder view that keeps you from a bird's eye view of the battlefield. No mechanics are overly complex, so jumping right in is easy, but the game can still throw some serious challenges at you regularly. Multiplayer is also a blast, though it requires two copies of the game.

I love RTS games and after the title update, this really scratches the itch. It's accessible and fun with outlandish characters.

I got these for around $2 each and it was a great find. Awesome reviews and a fun game for the price. Buy it!

This is one of these rare Nintendo published games that dropped in price. While I have not played this game. I thought it was worth the heavily discounted price.

Then you'll like this strategy turn based RPG. You use the power of steam and fight on a 3D 3rd person battlefield. Everything you do determines how much Steam power you use per turn. You only have so much per turn so choose wisely. Also if you are a Fire Emblem fan and magically obtained any or all of the Amiibos from Fire Emblem (Marth, Ike, Lucina, and Robin) Then you can use them IN the game if you have the New 3DS XL or on the old 3DS consoles when the adapter comes out eventually....

Graphics are somewhat sub-par. Movements seem lagged. Looks easier than it actually is. Gameplay is better than average though.

This game has not been receiving much attention, but it should, its a really fun game. must own for every 3ds owner!

This is a strategy RPG. I didn't really enjoy the story or aesthetics of this game. The gameplay was good though except for having to wait and watch the enemy's turns.

I loved advance wars during the gba time and i love tactical games, so this was a must buy, but it was ok. Suggest it for a try but the camera angles was sonetimes hard to adjust for strategy placement. Still fun though

A tatical rpg unlike others. You are in charge of a group of heroes saving the world from ailens.

This game is a like Fire Emblem and that is the only reason it is good.

In an alternate universe Abe Lincoln and his crack team of folk heroes fight aliens! If this interests you and you like strategy games this is a great addition to your 3DS library.

Was able to get this for under $2...talk about a steel....get it? Lol
