This game is a significant improvement over last year's version. It's faster, with quicker interceptions, catches, and runs. Highly recommended for its enhanced reaction times and minor tweaks that make gameplay much more dynamic.

Lovell this game. Last year felt solid for them bringing it back. But this year I feel they have done great. Could do more presentation prior to the game better but great gameplay

Great game. I would say an improvement over the 2025 version. It feels good to have NCAA College Football back after a long hiatus. I guess my review boils down to this: if you like college football, then this game is good. It's not perfect, but better than the 2025 version.

Awesome game. I've always enjoyed NCAA over Madden. Great to see the game back. Awesome graphics gameplay and sound. Really test your skills if you play on high difficulty. Cool side game and leagues as well. Game offers alot

I keep getting suckered into buying these games because of my love for college football. Notre Dame missing the playoffs was the straw that made me buy this game, so I could win Love a Heisman and win a natty (granted, had ND made the playoffs Indiana still would've won a title but they wouldn't have gotten steamrolled as badly as Bama' did).
Dynasty mode is still solid but still has plenty of issues. Recruiting is still mostly a hollow experience that isn't fun, realistic, or impactful. I was recruited to play football (D3, not anything remotely close to this level) but our high school TE had offers from major D1 schools (Oregon, Clemson, Georgia, etc) and so I got to see the recruiting and it is absolutely nothing like the mini game that is recruiting in the game. They really need to go figure out a BRAND NEW system or just automate it, it's dumb. The NIL and portal are new and complex things that this game also does a poor job of implementing. It's simplistic, silly, and unrealistic.
Gameplay is mostly the same as last year, maybe a bit of a downgrade. Difficulty sliders are still nonsensical. Instead of making things more difficult it just makes players more likely to do dumb things. As an example if you're playing as a really low rated school against a juggernaut you'll have things like receivers dropping passes when they are wide-open. If you watched Tulane v Ole Miss or JMU v Oregon, two massively over matched squads, you didn't see anything like that. Receivers at the worst D1 schools are still incredibly good athletes, doing the basic things for them are still incredibly easy. This is just lazy game design. Speed, size, and the little things are what make the difference. Busted coverage by a better team shouldn't result in a drop as a way to justify the difficulty level.
Multiplayer and CFB ultimate team are where the bulk of the resources go as that's where EA can really extract more $ from players and both of those are still pretty low quality. Ultimate team is clearly a system made to get a minority of players to spend a bunch of money. Multiplayer is still busted as the skill-based matchmaking is junk and of course people who can't continue climbing the ladder will simply create a new account and go back to beating up new players without any consequences. One game I'm playing someone I feel like I'm equal with, another game I'm playing some rage filled person who says I'm cheating and the game is lagging, and the next game I'm playing someone who likely plays the game 20 hours a week and is laying belt.
Honestly this is mostly just roster updates, a regression in gameplay, and nothing remarkably new that justifies the full price - thankfully I purchased it during BF which makes it more palatable.

The game is great. That's not the best part though. It was an xmas gift and it arrived broken. Best buy made it better and replaced the game which made my son very happy.

Great improvement from '25. Feels way more smoother and crisp. The presentation for different teams is GREAT. Of course it comes with problems that needs addressing like an outrageous stiff arm and busted coverage, making your right and left CB, cross over onto the other side leaving 2 receivers open. The developers have acknowledged this and usually pretty quick in fixing. 5 stars from me. As an Auburn fan, EA and Metallica, thank you for adding "Enter Sandman" for Virginia Tech!

It's fun to play as your favorite college football team and bring home the championship trophy. College Football 26 has incredible graphics and fantastic gameplay.

This is a must have if you are a college football fan and bought CF25 last year. I love the addition of High School Prep and better Dynasty and Road to Glory. Gameplay is also improved.

Amazing game. Tons of fun and incredible graphics. It’s too bad that some of the more unique features are only available through online play. I remember when buying the game gave you full access to all of its content but maybe I’m old fashioned.
