Easy to set up..its says two person job , but i did it on my own..just make sure the bolts are straight so the parts fit nicely. The only thing that bugs me is the legs where the wheels are. The metal piece on top of the wheel is sharp.

This chair is difficult to assemble and requires another person to squeeze the top and bottom to properly insert the screws. One of the screws didn’t thread all the way through. The left arm hole in the chair for the screw is clearly drilled in the wrong place making the arm rest unusable. It continues to squeak when you move around in the chair. They also claim that there is recliner function that can lock and unlock but it hasn’t worked. Disappointed that the quality doesn’t reflect the cost of this chair.

I investigate the various reviews not only from best buy but several retailers. I had gotten a chair highly recommended and now its been relagated to the basement where it doesn't get used too often. This chair has great proportions for a tall and big man chair. It is one of a limited few that I am able to tilt back all the way and keep my feet on the floor. The leather is soft and firm and therefore provides the necessary support that will allow you to sit in it for hours. Another plus it does not use memory foam. That foam you sink down and before long you want to get up and move because your butt is hurting or you lower back is hurting. The only negative I have for it, would be to use a good carpet casters on the chair in lieu of the floor tile casters.

Live this chair, comfortable and big with plenty of back support. It was slightly annoying to line up the arms and secure them in place. So all in all, assembly took about an hour. Still, once it was done, hasn't given me any trouble at all.

Great Chair, it is very strong the only draw back is it doesn't have any lumbar support.

It was difficult to put together and the arms still aren't even but it was so comfortable I went to sleep during my first virtual meeting in it lol I would recommend it just have 2 folks to put it together.

I am 6 ft. 260 and I fit perfect on this chair. I can spend the whole day at my desk and not be uncomfortable. Love it

Spent the money on this hoping to get a really awesome chair and ended up with an ok one. It’s comfortable, but for the price I kinda expected more. The arms (which we are not using) seemed loose no matter how tight we tightened them.

Very glad I got this chair! I am a big man 6'6" and 300#+ and this chair EASILY holds my weight! I upgraded the wheels to large rollerblade wheels and it glides so smooth and effortlessly and won't scratch my floors!

This is a very comfortable chair that feels very sturdy. My previous chair would not maintain its height. This chair has no issues so far.

Okay I guess… Pieces were missing but because we have someone who can fix things they use extra pieces from what they had to put the chair together. Other than that, it’s not a bad chair!

I am 6'1" 205lb and this chair is almost too big. The leather is soft and comfortable. If you want a big comfy office chair, this is it.

This is a good sturdy chair and comfortable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I wanted it to recline more than it does.
