I am 250 lbs (or so) and this chair is heavy duty and perfect. Very comfortable. Easy to put together.. Buying another for work :D

I bought this chair on Apr 30, 2019. My weight is 325 lbs. the chair is very conformal and is hold up great.

This chair is sturdy and comfortable. I could sit in it all day. It looks great too.

I've owned this chair for just over a year and already it needs to be replaced. The seat of the chair is no longer sitting level, instead leaning severely in one direction, and the fabric/leather on the seat has begun tearing in multiple places. I am not pushing the limits of the 400lb limit of this chair by any means (6'0" 230lbs). Would have rather purchased something else if I had known this chair would fail so quickly.

This chair absolutely fits my needs and is extremely comfortable. Well worth the purchase.

Solid chair - would have rated a 5 if it would recline

Its been close to three years and its time to replace it. Admittedly we are hard on the chair so it kind of tilts in one direction all the time. Which it has been doing for a long time but enough is enough. Good chance we will toss it instead of relegating it to another office worker's chair.

I read the reviews of this chair before I purchased it and I decided to gamble on it. It wasn't too bad putting it together, the box and instructions were fine. What wasn't fine was the long screws that connect the arms to the seat itself. They were legit junk. I didn't know how poor quality they were until maybe a few weeks in and the arms were wobbly. I don't rest my arms on the arm rest but I do move the chair by the arms when I vacuum. The arms progressively got looser and I went to tighten the screws and it seemed like they were as tight as possible. If I could go back, I would definitely reconsider this purchase.

Bought this for a gaming chair for my child. Very comfy and sturdy.

not exactly what I wanted but serviceable doesn't lean back as far as I wanted it to but ok.

I'm a larger guy and I love this chair. I fit it it with room to spare. It's comfortable and the headrest is a great feature.

First off, this products weight capacity is 350, not 400 as shown in the specifications. Second, the screws for the armrests were either stripped or the holes were damaged. The armrests wouldn't screw in all the way. The seat wasn't long enough for my taste either, as it didn't even reach to behind my knees. Returned.

Need the correct part for the chair so that it will work properly.

still using mine at the end of 2021 and i bought it in 2017.

Worst chair I've ever owned. The fabric, after 1 year, is peeling off. Not very comfortable.
