I was experiencing some lower back point and I decided to give it a try. It has two options for power i. car ii. standard power . I really like that option. If you know exactly where you need the massage it can do the job really well. In the product pamphlet, it says don't use the heat options for more than 30 minutes but I didn't have any problem. But YMMV. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. The only cons that I can think of will be they could have put more strong vibration to it. But for the money I spent I believe thats ok what I got.

I ordered this cushion because I'm working from home and my back hurt. I was excited that it was heated. Upon setting it up in my chair, I then realized it also provided a massage as well as had an adapter for use in the car! It was so worth the money spent. I've told several people about it and they're all planning to order one!

I have a back injury and have been struggling to work at my desk for any length of time. I have found that putting a small pillow in the spot that Hurts helped. So I figured if I could find a massage cushion it would be even better. Wow, does it ever help? I can sit and work for hours now, instead of the 30 min periods. When it gets to hurting, I just turn on the heat and massage and I am a new woman!!! I only wished, haha! This product is so wonderful and I don't have to keep adjusting the height, due to the wrap-around strap. It sits right where I need it. Now I don't have to spend lots of money to buy a new chair. Awesome product, I highly recommend it.

I purchased this lumbar pillow because it was the only one available online at Best Buy at the time. I really did not need the heat/massage function but I am so glad that it has both of these features!

This has been great! I got it for my chair at work and it's helped keep me sitting up straight and my back hurt less while working. The heat has also been wonderful during these cold mornings.

Very comfortable, great for your computer chair, my husband is loving the heat on his back and the support it gives his back.

works well for heating and massage functions. I wish the cushion is bigger.

Works great! love the vibration and heat as I work on my computer for hours and games for many more. I have also laid it on a flat surface and laid on it to decompress my lower back. So far one of my best purchases this year. BTW I did buy a different one that could be power via USB or using a power bank waste of money that lasted less than a week, this one I have used the hell out of and going strong.

Pillow gives good back support in my chair and the heat and vibration options are nice!

Bought this for my office at work where I spend many hours sitting. This helps immensely. Good product.

I have lower back problems so I have a lot of lumbar supports. Every chair I sit in has some support. I bought this one because of the heating feature. The heating feature works fine on the one I received but the shape and firmness do not contour to my back. So I simply could not get comfortable and found myself not using it. Bottom line it was harder than I expected.

It vibrates. Didn't return because it does provide comfy support, soothing heat, and a travel adapter....but I was expecting an actual massage.

It is convenient and the gentle massage and heat help a great deal.

This is an excellent product for its price. The massage and heating is real bonus.
