the delivery guys didn’t install my oven properly and had missing parties. i paid for parts not delivered and not gettting anywhere with best buy! why haven’t they returned items i didn’t receive? why aren’t they fixing the issue?

Install my self, I don’t know why you need review about installation, unprofessional installation come my house and damage my backsplash tile to.
My recommendation is find your own installation company or do your self please.

I was a little reluctant about my install of range and hood- but the crew was professional. went out of their way to perfect the install including trips to Home Depot for parts. very happy

Bad experience, they didn't deliver it for more than 2 months. Also, after delivering it, they couldn't install it and I have to pay another company to get it installed.

I was not satisfied with the installation that best buy scheduled.
The rep came to my house and said that he did not install the Viking brand stove. It has been weeks and I still have no one to come to install it. The service on this was not completed and unsatisfactory turn out. I am still waiting !

They stood me up twice, showed up unprepared twice, and ultimately I gave up and hired somebody else to do the installation. I took it up with Best Buy headquarters and they sent it back to the local store. Manager reimbursed me for the cost.

Terrible customer service. Took three install times to finally get it installed and we had to order the parts or it would have never been installed. Took over a month longer and had no stove.
