    My sunwoofer was broken during installation and even though I was present, I was not notified until after the install was done and was made to buy a replacement piece from best buy and I never saw the "broken part". I was not allowed to talk to a manager and when I tried calling multiple times it always went to voicemail and after leaving a message I have not heard back.

    I had a subwoofer that I thought was blown and unusable. The installer was able to test it and connect the inside wires ad install in my car
