Tried to get a subwoofer/amp installed in my daughters car. After 8-10 phone calls (2 of which I was hung up on) I still couldn't get a straight answer as to how much it would be. It was to be a birthday gift, so I needed to pay for it in advance. I had paid a fee for an install, but was told later it was the wrong amount. Finally, in frustration, I went to the brick and mortar, and was directed to a supervisor. After telling him what I was looking for (3 or 4 times) and his looking on the computer as well as calling his installer on his day off, I was quoted an amount 3 times any of the other quotes I had gotten over the phone. They couldn't fathom that I had the item already and just wanted it installed into the existing car system. They kept trying to sell me a stereo and speakers as well. Finally told the supervisor to refund me my initial payment as I would not be using their services. He refunded me without question, which earned them the 1 star rating.

It is easy to make an appointment although they're usually booked out pretty far. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to do any installation on a Tesla.
