Comes with two remotes: one with a plastic button and one with a rubber button. I throw my keys everywhere so preferred not to have rubber, but at least I have the other one! Remotes each have a chain with an easy open-close keychain end. Great range. Receiver piece mounted well to my windshield thanks to geek squad install bay. Plan to ask about the cord thickness because I am not sure if it is pushing out my panel from underneath.

The range on it is very nice, but the best part is the 2way. Always knowing that it actually started and the key fob tells you how much time is left in 5 min increments before shutting off

Upgraded to this to increase range of my starter. Works great even when I’m starting car from work. Smaller design is also more comfortable in my pocket

Had gotten an entry level Compustar for my wife's birthday in June but she works at a hospital and had issues that I believe stemmed from interferences from her workplace that caused the car to not start when she used it at work. Had the techs go over it just in case and everything checked out. I opted to upgrade to this device which is a great feature of Compustar and it has resolved the issue.

I was skeptical with the salesman at first when he recommended I buy an upgraded remote for the remote starter I was putting in my wife's car. The feature that put me over the top was the 2-way communication. Basically, when you push the button (push and hold for 3 sec) the remote will send a signal to the car to start (this is where a 1-way remote ends) and once the car receives the signal to start, and actually starts, the car sends a signal back to the tiny remote to confirm that it worked. Which, if you think about it, is SUPER handy, since you usually are starting your car from afar, and often times your car isn't within sight. It was a no-brainer.

Was going to buy a cheaper model, but the Best Buy installer discussed the pros and cons of this CompuStar model vs. the other, and I was sold. Glad I was because it works great, no issues at all.

I love this remote start upgrade. I'm so glad I got it! the 2500ft is great range plus its started every where I have tried so far home, work, and the store. pulse the 2 way lets me know it started. it's a must have!

Glad I paid the extra couple bucks for this upgraded remote. The two-way confirmation is a lifesaver and it works from a pretty good distance.

We opted for the extend range two-way remote and like the ability to have the extra range when we park further than 1,000 feet from the car.

Small and compact not a big bulge in your pocket. I like the feedback beep to know you're car is started. Good product.
