Can’t recomend this. It works sometimes. You’re supposed to remote start your car it pressing the lock button 3 times. I can do this 3-4 times, and it won’t work. Too close to the car, and it won’t work. Sometimes I have to hit unlock, then lock 3 times. Wish it was constant???

Totally frustrated with the geek squad service that they totally messed up the security system on my Van. I have been multiple schedules has been made and they could not fix. Very poor customer service. I have gotten enough trouble after buying the remote starter and installing. Totally frustrated and I am returning the product. I will purchase outside and will install outside. I have completely lost the hope on Geek squad and will never come to best buy or Geek squad. The people in geek squad does not know anything. No compensation has been offered for the mess and the trouble they give me. Totally fed up now. I will never recommend best buy and Geek squad to anyone. Stay away from you guys... Sorry for this review as I had enough to burst out like this...

i set 1 control to start car and the other control won't work.

Hasnt worked right since installed and there are no installers on staff.

It ok but the lights do not come on when the car starts

I say it was good while it lasted. I bought this in 2017. Finally went out 2021 the time I needed the most. I am going to purchase it again because I think it's worth atleast 4 years.... hopefully, Bestbuy can uninstall the old and reinstall the new... if not, then it's not worth it.

I do not have a garage to keep my car warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I've always had a car starter on all of my cars. Viper brand is one of the best and had my car back the same day. I'll be the one standing in my warm house starting my car to defrost the snow off. Thanks Best Buy, Geek Squad
