Great Service at the store and during installation. (couldn't order on-line or by phone because they couldn't tell me if it would work with my vehicle when I called. When I went to the store they took me back to talk to the installers and they got me set up with my purchase and an installation date). Had it 2 months now and it works exactly like it should. Looking at getting it put on our other car.

I got this remote starter for my Mom for Christmas. She purchased a new car over the summer, but it didn't have a factory remote start. With cold weather hitting us pretty hard, she was really missing have a nice warm car to walk out to. Now she uses it pretty much everyday! She's loving it!! She can even start her car from inside the senior center before heading home for the day. Definitely a great buy!

I am very pleased with this system. I needed a car starter and didn't want to spend a lot. With installation, the price was right and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend the system and Best Buy installation.

Had this remote starter put in by the geek squad and so far I love it! Geek squad got me in and out in less than two hours and demonstrated how the product works as well. Can start my car from a pretty far distance!

I've only had this for a week but so far it seems great. The only thing I wish was different is how long the car runs. Sometimes I have to start it twice to get the windows cleared in bad weather.

Remote starter works well the only thing I was disappointed with is that I paid to upgrade to the 2 way remote and only received one of them.

Only thing I dislike about it is that there is a pretty good delay from the time you press the button till the time the car starts
