I haven't had it installed yet, but the process of getting it installed has been less than fun.

Purchase was quick and painless. They scheduled my install within two weeks of purchase. Install was completed in a short amount of time. We did have one issue where it would blow a fuse, and they got it in the very next day to rectify the issue. The service tech fixed the issue and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes.

This is an average car starter and serves its purpose well.

Seems to work good so far. Have only been using it for a couple of weeks. I do wish the headlights and wipers did not turn on when starting. Other than that it has met my expectations.

Was happy to get remote start installed on my Ram. Geek Squad installed it. Took less then an hour. They even program the factory remote to remote start my truck.

this is my first remote strat. i 'am vary pleased with this one. it works good from far away,and through steel buildings.it is impressive! and priced right too.

This may be a good product, but I've need to return to the install department for a third time. Each time I've had it in, it comes back with another issue - brake lights not working, other lights remaining on, and now starting sporadically when I lock it. While the starter itself may be fine, the install leaves much to be desired.

This product is great. I really love that the device is small.

Buttons can be overly sensitive, with doors opening by mistake.

Seems to work as intended. No complaints at this point.

I am a 73 year old lady with breathing difficulty. With this weather and the humidity I investigated what an auto start system would be like. I can only say that getting into a car that works each time with no trouble and a simple system that cools it and heats it will keep me moving for more time then if I did not have this product. Things could not be better and the service personnel any nicer than at Short Pump Best Buy. Thank you guys.
