We previously were able to get mobile service only at window locations. Now we get service in every room, including the basement. It's much more convenient to use the phone "hot spot" for wifi now as we do not have other internet connectivity. Thanks WeBoost and Best Buy.

Now I get 3 bars and 9mpbs data speed on my AT&T iPhone. I’m happy with it. It was on sale at the time too which was why I finally bought after watching prices for over a year.

It's in a bad location for our home because it only amplifies current cell bars, it doesn't create it's own. In it's current location on our roof their is no signal for it to amplify.

With this product I went from 1 bar on my phone to full service. We use the hot spot on on our phone to watch Netflix on our TV with no buffering (with Cricket wireless service). I was really impressed!!

Without it, I often got poor voice quality and sometimes dropped calls. I do have to be fairly close to the indoor antenna, but placing it in the living room where I use my cell phone the most is great.

Setting up was not too difficult but I did not get a significant improvement in signal strength as hoped when connected. I ended up returning. Too expensive for such a small signal improvement in my opinion.

I am sorry that the booster wasn't able to cover the area that you wanted to cover. Generally this booster will cover a significant area when there's enough outside signal for the booster to use effectively. If the signal is weak then the booster will not be able to output as much coverage or power since there's less signal to work with than normal. That could be the issue you were facing when setting up the booster and testing it. There are some things to try to better your signal possibly but you've already returned the unit.
