Very good cooktop. No problems, good installation.

Very professional and experts at installing my cooktop. These two men really knew what they were doing. Best Buy is the way to go if you want installers to do it right!

The crew was easy to work with. They told me what they were going to do before they did it. They adjusted the space to make the cooktop fit with a minimum of cuting and cleaned up as they went along. When they were finished the cooktop looked like an original installation. Great job!

They had to cut granite so the install ended up costing $$$, they kinda got you on this. I didn't have to do it.

Fun cooking on this 5 burner cooktop. Lighted knobs are great asset. Variety of burner/temperature options a real plus. I definitely recommend this Kitchen-Aid cooktop … and the easy, timely service from Best Buy.

This was the first time we had used a Best Buy installer and we were very satisfied with the job! The technician was courteous, respectful and helpful by giving tips, etc for our new stove top. I wouls use this service again.

The Samsung cooktop exceeded my expectations. The flame settings are broad and perfect for low temperature simmering on all of the sizes of the burners. It is also easy to clean each of the surfaces.

Team arrived on time and installation was done quickly and professionally. They had already pre-measured, and no alteration of the countertop was needed. They checked that all the burners worked and showed me how to use the cooktop.

The installers did an awesome job. They had to make some modifications in order for it to fit properly as the new one was bigger underneath than the old cooktop. They did so without any hesitations and made sure not to damage anything else in the process.

We had Best Buy technicians install our new kitchen Aid gas cook top. They did a great job, fast attentive courteous service as always! The technicians were very skilled and knowledgeable about our product.

This installation went without any issue at all. The guy was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He had my old cooktop out and the new one in 30 minutes!

Love that Best Buy offers one stop shopping. It saves much time to purchase, schedule delivery and install with haul-away (although it was nicer when haul-away was included in delivery/install fees). Also like that they call ahead of their arrival so I'm not sitting at home waiting.

Guys came on time as scheduled and called beforehand. Removed old cooktop and installed new one in short order. Work well-done and left space clean. No complaints.

I didn’t know this but Best Buy now has crew members that are certified to make cuts in and around your counter tops in order to install products like microwaves and cool tops. They came in one morning, made some adjustments and installed ours very quickly.

Managed a difficult installation with care and deliberate speed. Only thing I would change would be a more complete explanation before starting about what would need to be done.

Stove top installed quickly and correctly. Fully functional from the start. Installers arrived on time. Wore masks. Cleaned up after work. Gave me a short lesson on usage. Unit is working very well three weeks after installation.

After 2 visits the technician finally got this installed. Replacing an existing cooktop, but the gas inlet was in a different location on this one. After I worked out a solution he came back with the correct parts to get this installed.
