The crew that came to install my product knew exactly what they were doing and had no issues. Everything didn't fit perfect but they adjusted what needed to be done for everything to be correct. Great service.

The installers said the oven to the stove top was leaking and they would have to cut and cap the gas line. We then called a plumber and he repaired it but said it would have been better if they didn’t cut the line but just detach it.

This review is specific to the installation of a Thermador cooktop. The lead installer was very conscientious about doing a good/clean job and double checking his work. I felt confident he knew what he was doing.

Randy and Jake made a difficult installation seamlessly. GE cooktops are a little smaller than current standards. Randy and Jake spent the patient time required enlarging the opening for a perfect fit.

The techs arrived on time and even though there was little confusion about the opening for the cooktop, there were more than willing to try and fit the new cooktop properly after a few adjustments.

They were on time, professional, and courteous. They removed the old appliance, cleaned up, and made sure everything worked before leaving. Very happy with everything!!

We purchased BOSCH cooktop NGM8657UC from Best Buy in Aug 2020, it was delivered and installed towards the end of September 2020. This video was made on 18-Jan-2021 because BOSCH customer service stated the problem lied with cleaning the cooktop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGbazkljmdE&feature=youtu.be I’m a vegetarian and cook all three meals at home so the cooktop’s tagline ‘Cook with precision’ was very impressive at first but it failed to stand true. To begin with I was always struggling to cook simply because the lower flame (simmer) burners are in front and high flame ones at back; if I started cooking on lower flame ones it felt like it took ages to even stir fry and if I start cooking at the rear, I was falling way too over my food simmering on the front flame risking burning myself. It was like juggling and guessing which burner to use for what and finally I figured I could only use the center one for day to day cooking else I was just wasting time or getting burnt (several times a day) in hopes of cooking with precision. As if this struggle wasn’t enough, with the start of Dec’20 the right front burner started giving odd flames that were hitting the cooktop surface and staining it. It wasn’t until the surface was fairly dark that we noticed what was actually happening and soon it started happening with the left rear burner. So, basically, I’m wondering what the tagline means when nothing about this cooktop is precise neither it’s design nor its performance? I would like to ask the designers of this cooktop as to why they chose to put the smaller burners in front? And if they tested their design in normal household setting or was it tested only inside a lab? Definitely designed by someone who eats out and never cooks at home.

Appliance is great and looks super modernistic. Installation cre couldn’t be better, I qualify my experience as excellent.
