The crew was easy to work with. They told me what they were going to do before they did it. They adjusted the space to make the cooktop fit with a minimum of cuting and cleaned up as they went along. When they were finished the cooktop looked like an original installation. Great job!

The only thing that installation staff need to work on is better communication and scheduling software. When the staff show up it is always a great experience. Its just getting them there.

Love that Best Buy offers one stop shopping. It saves much time to purchase, schedule delivery and install with haul-away (although it was nicer when haul-away was included in delivery/install fees). Also like that they call ahead of their arrival so I'm not sitting at home waiting.

Fun cooking on this 5 burner cooktop. Lighted knobs are great asset. Variety of burner/temperature options a real plus. I definitely recommend this Kitchen-Aid cooktop … and the easy, timely service from Best Buy.

This was the first time we had used a Best Buy installer and we were very satisfied with the job! The technician was courteous, respectful and helpful by giving tips, etc for our new stove top. I wouls use this service again.

The installers did an awesome job. They had to make some modifications in order for it to fit properly as the new one was bigger underneath than the old cooktop. They did so without any hesitations and made sure not to damage anything else in the process.

Installers did a fastened professional job and left premises in good order. Unit is performing as expected.

I didn’t know this but Best Buy now has crew members that are certified to make cuts in and around your counter tops in order to install products like microwaves and cool tops. They came in one morning, made some adjustments and installed ours very quickly.

Team arrived on time and installation was done quickly and professionally. They had already pre-measured, and no alteration of the countertop was needed. They checked that all the burners worked and showed me how to use the cooktop.

The Samsung cooktop exceeded my expectations. The flame settings are broad and perfect for low temperature simmering on all of the sizes of the burners. It is also easy to clean each of the surfaces.

It just took forever to get it installed. We could have done it ourselves .

We had Best Buy technicians install our new kitchen Aid gas cook top. They did a great job, fast attentive courteous service as always! The technicians were very skilled and knowledgeable about our product.

Two gentlemen came and took our old one out. They were not able to completely install because our granite was not quite big enough. They did what they could and left so we could use but had to have a granite company come and make the hole bigger. They cleaned up everything before they left.

I like the product and how it looks but it is about the overall installation experience not product, which I like. The installers informed that our online order for installation was for electric cooktop (my order as I saw only showed installation), which when I ordered there were no such options and why would it be feasible to even pick electric installation with a gas cooktop purchase/ So, some online buying option selection issues. Secondly, I was informed that there was no payment made for the Natural Gas to Propane conversion kit (how would I know, when there were no such option that I was informed). So, I was asked to pay additional $150 over and above $140 I had already paid for installation. Anyhow, I ended up making the payment as I needed a working cooktop but it was not a nice installation experience for me as to what I knew it will cost to what it actually costed me. Hopefully, Best Buy figures out a solution and transparency upfront so their customers don't have to go through this again.

Stove top installed quickly and correctly. Fully functional from the start. Installers arrived on time. Wore masks. Cleaned up after work. Gave me a short lesson on usage. Unit is working very well three weeks after installation.

The cooktop is great. Heats up quickly and maintains temperature evenly. The downdraft is powerful and the 'low' setting is enough for 90% of cooking needs. Installation crew was great--- removed old unit, cut countertop to fit the new unit and the ew installation looks terrific!

Install process went very well. I was well notified in advance. Installer was pleasant and professional. Only advice I can provide is they need to be aware of wood floors that could scratch easily. I needed to remind the helper. We prevented any damage to floors.
