The cooler is top notch, i had a stock cooler on my intel haswell i5 processor and the temps were reaching around 80c when playing GTAV. With this it stays around 40-45. Thats good. Now the instructions were awful. I didnt even use them because its JUST PICTURES, no words. I looked up an awesome Youtube video that showed step-by-step on how to do it and it was great. Just look up Evo Cooler Master and your case and theres probably a video on it.

Just what to preface by saying I'm writing this only a couple of days after installing. This is a very good CPU cooler for the price I paid. I installed this on a 6-year-old intel i5 4690k that still had the stock cooler so I may overclock it safely. I originally wanted a different one that was cheaper but that one was too big for my medium-sized tower. This thing is 6 1/2 inches which fits perfectly in my case. It is a little difficult to attach and the instructions are not very helpful so I would suggest looking up a video, I found a really good one on youtube that was helpful. You really have to give it a lot of force in order to get all four screws in so be prepared for that. After installing, I was able to see a 10-30 degree Celsius drop in CPU temperature when benchmarking with Prime95 compared to before I installed it. Great product. If you are looking to cool your CPU on a budget this is the fan for you! In the pictures, you will see it sitting in my pc after installing as well as a second one comparing it to the original stock cooler that most intel CPUs already come with.

Excellent air cooler. Would make a killer upgrade for people that have the stock AMD CPU coolers. Temps instantly dropped 10c. However, if you have a smaller case the heat pipe tips stick out just enough where it isn't possible for the side panel to close.

Bought this cooler to replace the AMD stock cooler for FX 8350. This keeps it much cooler with temperatures as low as 19c and high of 68c. This was pretty hard to install for me although it was my first time installing an aftermarket cooler. This could also be due to poor installation guide. You will need to have low profile ram without large heat spreaders or else you wont be able to install the cooler. I used 16 GB Corsair XMS3 (2x8GB) without issues. Only problem is if I want to add more ram I would have to uninstall the cooler to do so. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. This cooler prevents my system from automatically shutting down (due to heat) unlike the stock fan that came with my processor.

displaces heat really well. it's huge, so make sure you got the space in your case to fit it. i chose to get it here at best buy instead of online (where it was slightly cheaper) because of the size issue. this way, if it didn't fit, i could return it w/out having to pay for return shipping or a restocking fee. it ended up fitting with about 2mm to spare. one star was knocked off because of the installation process. the directions are largely garbage and fastening the screws tight enough is basically guesswork. not tight enough and your cooler won't be securely in place; too tight and you'll warp your motherboard and possibly ruin it. there's springs on the screws, so you have to press down harder than i felt comfortable doing. in the end, i recommend it, as it does the job of cooling my amd 860k.

Very nice efficient and quiet than stock Intel cooling fan, but it is huge and tall… make sure you Computer case can accept this size. Heat sink hardly fitted in my case. Installation is bit time consuming but it is well worth it. I installed it on 7th gen Intel i7 Cpu (LGA 1151 socket). So far works well. Let’s see how long will last the actual fan. Very happy!

I really love this CPU cooler, it was relatively easy to install once I got the screw pushed in(one screw came with bad threading). I use an AMD-A10 5800K and with the stock cooler my temps ranged from 39-64C (idle-max) and with this cooler it is very nice and cool at 32-47 with very silent operation. The only thing you need to check before buying this, is if it will fit into your case. I have the m59 and it just barely fits, but its good enough :)

Bought this for my home computer that had been running a little hot with the factory i7 cpu cooler. Installing required taking out motherboard but that wasn't an issue (if you know how). The instructions were not very good but You tube has plenty of how-to videos for it. After install the results were pretty impressive, averaging 20+ degrees cooler even while running several games. Certainly fixed the heat issue! Highly recommend this cooler for non-overclocked computers!

if your build has windowed case it will catch so mutch atenttion, liquid coolong is also necesary for overclocking properly, if not interested on that details it will work nice for the price.

I decided to buy this product b/c I own a Hyper 212 plus before. It lasted me a long time until I changed my motherboard. This product is sightly better than plus one. Before my computer temperature was like around 60 C. After installed this, it stay at 35~40 C.

I have had no problems with this cooler. Under heavy loads it is consistently keeping the CPU around 60 C. Idle PC temp is good as well. Was kind of a pain to attach to the motherboard, though.

This does the job. I'm college student and gamer so my tower is on a lot. This really was a great purchase

This thing is freak'n SWEET. It's a good buy for the money and keeps my CPU (Intel i-7 2700k) running stock (3.50) at a cool 22 c. So far so good, this cooling fan is really quiet as well! Trust me you won't go wrong buying this fan!!!

Great and simple cpu cooling unit. So far having a great experience with it, while temps range from 30-50 depending current load and ambient temperature. i7 4790k, Gigabyte G1 980

Great performance for the cost and the fan is near silent. I don't find liquid cooling needed for most gaming rigs. I stream modern titles on Ultra settings and never have to worry about this with my i7 8700K

This fan works amazing in my system. I just wish I measured first, as I had to make a few holes in my case door in order to use it and would have planned better. (The little copper tube tips protruded farther than my case door.) I believe total height is 6.3 inches. It was worth making the holes in case! Instructions are fairly easy with images to show how to mount to various CPUs. Contains all adapter parts. You have to remove board to swap out adapter plate, if you are retrofitting an existing system Make sure you want to cut your PC up a bit, or get the next smaller Cooler Master fan.

have it on a evga z97 ftw motherboard with a 4790k over clocked to 4.4. and with a pair of 110cmf silverstone fans,arctic mx-4 thermal grease. the cpu temps never get past 66c with a room temp of 80f running aida 64 stress test. not bad at all in my book. all this in coolmaster haf 922 case.

Works great especially for the price! Definitely recommend for your low to mid-high level gaming pc. Been really quiet for me as well.
