I added the optional second fan to the heat sink later but didn’t actually see much difference. Running with just the single included fan would have been sufficient and saved a few bucks.

Its keeping temps on my 7900x3d to around 50 and 60C depending on what im doing. I'd say its pretty good especially for what it is.
