Awful experience buying from bestbuy. After paying, got email link to digital download. When bestbuy page loaded the link to the actual download resulted in an error. I contacted support and it was a 25 minute wait. Support told me I would have to contact Corel and request help. I told bestbuy no thanks, I bought it from you, so it's your responsibility. When I mentioned I would just contest the credit card charge, the support person gave me a serial number to use and still directed me to download from Corel. When I went to Corels website, there was no obvious download link. I had to contact Corel support which was AWSOME and they provided me a direct link to download. Googling the original error shows many people experience the same issue when buying digital products from bestbuy and they get the runaround for weeks. Bestbuy developers obviously need training.
