Good for beginners

Good sale price, steep learning curve

I'm am not a Paint person because I think it is very clumsy on the menu system and where features are located. I have used Adobe Photoshop a lot before and seems very "end user friendly". Paint has never felt like that to me. I only bought this because it was recommend to me by Staff based on price. I should have stuck to Photoshop, However, my Spouse loves Paint, so.... to each their own

Photo retouching program.

It might be that there has been interference because of MS downloading that some features did not operate smoothly, but I was able to go from color to monochrome, correctively rotate photos to any to any degree, add copy.

Easier Than Photoshop
