Best Buy sent a replacement and the replacement too was damaged. I decided not to try for a third time. I have been waiting over a week for UPS to come and pick up this enormous package from my home. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and a half trying to get some kind of compensation for my time and energy. This whole experience has been a waste of time, energy and money. I will think twice before ordering any kind of furniture from Best Buy in the future.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received it partially damaged, it was a bit difficult to put together and it looks decent but I definitely should have returned it or at least exchanged it for a different and better model preferably one made of metal and aluminum that way I know it will be less likey to be delivered damaged like this wooden one.
