The colors are WRONG... When it supposed to show WHITE color, it shows sky blue color. (Even if you choose only the white color on iCue). When it should be Orange color, the stand leds are more yellow. And with all the colors are the same. The stand colors does not match with the other accessories i have (K95 plat, Corsair Void Pro, MM800c mousepad, etc). Ok. Maybe I have a bad Unit. But I've been reading on forums, and so many people have this problem. This is incredible, because is an expensive stand. I will ask for a refaund. Examples on pictures (from other user, but I have the same problem): In the first picture you see green - but it should be yellow In the second picture you see yellow - but it should be orange

Will not connect in iCUE software.

I have had this for 3 days and now it will not connect in iCUE. When first plugged in it was recognized and worked perfectly all day. On day 2 iCUE didn't see the ST100 so I tried moving it to a different USB port. No help. After about 30 minutes it started working and worked fine all day. On day three I started my computer and all I get is the default colors and iCUE does not recognize the device. I again have tried changing the USB port but it just doesn't work. All of my other Corsair devices {K70 keyboard, Polaris mouse pad and 6 QL120 RGB fans} are working perfectly so there is no issues with iCUE. I got on the web to see if there are any fixes for this and apparently this is a very common issue with this device. I will try to exchange this as I really like the device and will update review if I just got a defective unit.

After buying this cool looking item and getting home I plugged it into my computer and almost right away it started having issues the cable that plugs in the back of the headphone stand that comes with it does not mate well with the connector on the headphone stand at all and this is on a flat table running straight back. I constantly get massage from my computer telling me it does not recognize this USB device. I have tried moving the cable on the back of the headphone stand and sometimes if i get it in just the right spot it will stop sending me massages. but a short time later it starts again sending massage. I diden't know Best Buy had a 15 day return policy and I even tried calling them to see if they would help me to no avale. Buyer be ware.

My computer will not complete the boot cycle if this is plugged in. I have updated my usb and motherboard drivers. If I boot the computer first then plug the device in, I can not control any of the lighting. If I plug my headphones into any of the usb ports on the device, the lighting shuts off. After that I have to restart my computer to get the lights to even light up. It is a complete and utter disaster.

I bought this thinking it would wirelessly charge my corsair wireless headset. The idea of plopping my headset on the stand without having to worry about wires is extremely appealing and I thought that's what this was. It is not. This is essentially a piece of metal to hang your headset on with some colorful lights below.

      Hi Marcus,

Did you run into any functionality problems? If the issue was just the confusion that made you think this would charge any wireless headset please reach out with screenshots of where this may have come across as such and we can avoid any future confusion.

Not sure if I've gotten a bad product or if this is just how it is, but every slight shift of my desk disconnects this. Which also disconnects anything plugged into it. Everything else works fine, it's just ridiculously annoying to have it disconnect constantly.

It looks great and is easy to set up and use. the biggest problem with this thing is its connection in the back. micro usb type b is a horrible connector. the cable fit is loose and eventually just quits working altogether. in the end its just an expensive paperweight.

Cool but the power connector WILL break

its cool but the connector in the back is poorly constructed and designed. I had one replaced a while back and the replacement is having the same issue. Sadly its a waste of money unless you want to use it as a headphone hanger that doesnt actually function after a bit of usage.

Causes audio on connected devices to cut out

    Posted .

I didn't want to spend $70 on a headset stand, but I was purchasing the Corsair HS70 Headset, and figured I might as well have somewhere nice to store it when not in use. Unfortunately, despite both of the devices being from the same brand, and me using only the included cables to hook it up, the audio was terrible. There was frequent cutting in and out of the audio. At first I thought it was the headset itself... maybe I had gotten a dud. But after and hour of troubleshooting, I decided to hook the headset up through the USB port directly, instead of passing through the stand. Voila! No more cutting in and out of audio. So basically, I spent $70 for a hook that lights up. Terrible.
