Better than I would have thought. These were a mid range price - about $60. I was hoping they would provide half way decent sound and they are much better than that. Sound quality is very good so this is an exceptional bargain if you do not want to spend a fortune on headphones.

I was debating between this headset and the Razer Kraken X( both on sale at the time) but after hearing about Razer's quality as of late I chose these. These are insanely comfortable and sound great through the included 7.1 USB adapter. I'm no audiophile of any sort so take my word with a grain of salt, but I love them.

This is one amazing headset! Was contemplating between these and another set, but one things for sure I made the correct choice!! They are very comfortable and made of quality material and look nice on top of it! I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a great headset at an even better price!!

I got this headset over the black friday sale, while it was only $40! Great for the price. Comfy ear-cups, even for multiple hours. The mic does sound a little higher pitched, but nothing too bad. Mic stays in place while wearing, and the headset feels very sturdy. Also they look higher-end with the material they used, and feel nice to the touch.

Item arrived on time in perfect condition. Having a detachable microphone is nice, since I have to transport it to and from college. There is no issues with sound or quality. It doesn't block out surrounding noises, and that's ok, since I do need to stay aware of my surroundings.

Good Sound quality, Comfortable, and affordable. Just like others, I had issues with the Microphone. People could barely hear me. Then all of a sudden, it was fine. Hopefully the problems don't come back.

Very good microphone and very good hearing. I mean the hearing is good in my opinion, but it's not too much bass. I like it like that. You can configure the settings of the headphones in the iCUE settings once you get it. You have to download iCUE software.

Great headphones! The sound quality is amazing and the build quality is solid. The microphone is detachable which is nice when wanting to take them on the go. The dongle that comes with these allow you to have surround sound which sounds amazing where you can have it, creating a truest immersive experience.

Great mid level corded headset. Comfortable, feels well put together, not cheap. Great sound at all levels. It isn't a reference quality headset, but it's not meant to be. And the price reflects that. I'd buy another for a friend or family member if the need arises.

So far, the device is providing good sound and clear recording without the iCUE software running. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 15R Special Edition laptop, running Windows 7 64-bit. After installing iCUE software, I am given the option to run this software immediately. After taking this option, my laptop is “frozen”! The whole laptop is not responding to mouse and keyboard. I forcefully shutdown the laptop and restart it. The laptop is “frozen” in the middle of loading all the start-up programs. After much research from the Internet, this iCUE program is known for causing system instability. After starting the laptop in Safe Mode, I disable the services and start-up programs related to Corsair by using msconfig. I restart the laptop and the headset is finally working

Very nice sound and solid build quality in the headband area and the braided cable. The mic is alright, but surround sound with the USB dongle is pretty bad if you want good sounding effects in-game. Otherwise, the on headset volume and mute controls are very convenient. The headset might feel tight for some people, as the clamping force with the headset is quite strong. Definitely a good value when it's on sale, but it's definitely for people with smaller heads, but it will be uncomfortable for people with large heads. One last note, the headset does not come with a 3.5mm jack splitter for use with most audio i/o, which might be a problem for those who want stereo sound without using the USB dongle.

I bought one of these to replace my wireless gaming headset that I purchased a few years ago. It works great and the sound quality is really good. There is only one thing that I don't like about it and that is the cord is short compared to other wired headsets.

No complaints at all! It is very comfortable for hours of use, and rarely picks up on the background noise around you. The mic isn't good for streaming, but is perfect for talking in-game or in video calls. Got it for a good deal and love it!

Bought this for one of the kids to use. They really like it and I do not have to hear their game sounds from the PC or Xbox. I have the same model and use it for my own gaming. It has a good mic and the speakers are good too. Can get a little warm when worn for a long time, but comfortable.

Picked these up after my last pair of corsairs were left on a trip. They were on sale when I got them and definitely worth the price. Good sound and good mic I dont think you can beat these for the 7.1 at the price
