    This is a pretty flawed product. The display on the cooler worked fine for a week then started only showing a red triangle with exclamation point. There's an article on corsair's site with a list of steps to correct this but none of those have helped. I have a support case opened with Corsair but they haven't responded in 5 days so far. The rest of the cooler works as designed.

    looks cool doesnt work. its been like 2 years since release and they still havent worked out the bugs. shame

    Avoid like the plague

    I bought this thing brand new, didn't have it for more than 24 hours and the LCD display had already shown signs of software corruption. The unit would repeatedly reboot. Firmware updates or no help. Nor was using different versions of the Corsair iCue software. I would avoid it at all costs.

    Unfortunately installed and it and got the error on my lcd screen so I will be returning it and buying the other h100i elite cooler for 140 dollars I hope Corsair fixes this issue soon so I can buy this cooler in the future

    Everything is connected properly, but icue will not show the LCD settings tab on the cooler which means I have no way to control it. Save yourself the headache and do not buy

    LCD bricked after less than a month, wide spread issue reported on both Corsair forum and Reddit…think twice before buying, Corsair should recall all of their LCDs

    Great cooling and customization

    I have the h150i version and am buying this h100i for a different build. The cooler is great and Corsair RGB control is unmatched. The LCD screen is why I'm leaving a review. You can put whatever gif you want on it. Anything. I would add a photo but it would get taken down..If you know what I mean

    Hello, :( i drove about 2 hours to a place far away from my best buy to get this item. Finished setting everything up and the commander went up in smoke. Total of 6 fans. Im assuming the product was faulty. If you experienced this please let me know. I ordered another one hopefully it works i been waiting a month to finish this pc.
