Customers find value in the Nightsword RGB's adjustable weight, comfortable feel, and overall performance. Many appreciate the customizable RGB lighting, suitable size, and comfortable thumb rest. However, some users find the button placement less than ideal, and others have noted inconsistencies with the software. A few customers also feel the mouse is somewhat expensive.

Great for medium to large hands, love the DPI button placement and custom RGB, the weights are the most important for me. Im heavy handed and the weights help alot for precision aiming

This mouse is just the right size for my hand to hold and is very comfortable. The features are more than I need, but nice to know they are there. Nice weight - stable on mousepad. This is the first mouse I've purchased that has additional weights to make the weight of the mouse just right!

I absolutely love this mouse. I used to game with a Steelseries World of Warcraft edition mouse that almost resembles the structure of this one. Sadly after about 8 years of gaming with that mouse, it had died. Now this isn't considered an "MMO" mouse like they make now-a-days with 20 buttons on the thumb, but this type of mouse was an MMO type mouse 15 years ago.
I have found it hard to find these types of mice. It is extremely comfortable, no visible lag time with the binded buttons and my hands are on the smaller side. It's not too big but it's also not small.
I absolutely love this mouse.

Mouse is nice and solid. Perfect for people with big hands. You can download the software and modify up to 3 different presets. Although the mouse itself feels great, the software has some bugs. Sometimes when you choose your lighting the software completely changes it without warning. That’s the only part I don’t like.

This mouse gives you a different sort of hand position than most gaming mice, it's more relaxed. It's super smooth and fits very well in the hand. There are 8 fully programable buttons in addition to the normal left and right clickers. The default settings out of the box assign profile switching to 2 buttons and DPI settings to 2 others and a super low DPI setting to another. Mostly useful in normal desktop applications but when you download the Corsair iCUE software your possibilities become endless, almost too much so. It takes some time to fully understand how to take advantage of the virtually limitless programability of this mouse. There are 3 profile slots built into the mouse so you can customize it three different ways using the software, and save them to the mouse so you can use it on any computer without the need for the iCUE software.
2 things I don't like:
1. The default Rainbow Puke lighting scheme gets distracting quick, you will need to download and install the iCUE software from the Corsair site to change the lighting scheme.
2. Although the left and right click buttons are crisp and quick, all other 8 buttons feel mushy, meaning you press the button in a bit before it actuates and they feel rather sloppy. The buttons on Corsairs M65 RGB ELITE Tunable FPS Gaming Mouse are all super crisp and quick but that mouse has a different hand posture. For an $80 mouse it should feel quality in every way but it lacks in the extra buttons.

Loving this mouse so far, glides smoothly, calibrates itself easily through the iCUE app, the clicks are very satisfying. First time usjng a corsair mouse, been using Logitech for the past few.
The braided cable is nice and super light, like its not there.
The clicks are very satisfying and feels durable. Feels like it won't ever get stuck.
It's medium sized but is also nice and light.
This is one of those get what you pay for mice and the Nightsword finds that sweet spot of value and quality.

I was in need of a new mouse after my Corsair m65 oro began prematurely double clicking ahead of it's supoosed 50 milliom clicks that the omro switches are rated for. I wamted a mouse that was similar size and similar style with the thumb rest but in the end i had to stick with corsair. I really love the sniper button tho I don't play much fps or anything to fully utilize it but it was still convenient.
This mouse has been great thus far. I have had no issues and I am loving that the weights seem more balanced in it. It is very smooth and the switches click nicely as one would hope.
I like tgat this has better rgb than the m65 but that is literally just a visual thing and doesnt effect performance. It just looks nice with presets.
I have tiny hands which made the m65 a bit awkward to use as it seems best fot larger hands. This mouse is no different but many gaming mice are like that. I make do, it just can be a challenge at times to use the additional thumb switches. There is also the ability to use one of them as sniper, so no loss when considerjng the swap. The switches I think were the same but Ive read less negative reviews about their quality in this mouse than I did from the m65 so I am hoprful it doesnt randonly die off like the previous one.
All in all i give this full stars. I chose not to remove one over the bigger hand oredicament. It is an issue I already was aware of since my hands are just smaller than most gaming mice.

Very nice mouse, I've been a low-tech user for many years, I don't think I am any more, the shape, size, and feel is very similar to the Logitech G502 Hero, you can adjust the weight also, and this mouse has the most RGB lights of any gamer mouse

The option to adjust the weight is nice didn't expect that to make it feel nice. Also, the options to have different mouse speeds at the touch of button is nice. Haven't narrowed down the settings to my liking yet. Need more playtime really easy to adjust though with the software.

I just started pc gaming around 2 months ago for real. I used a $15 mouse before this, and I realized that every time I was trying to track someone in a first person shooter, my aim would be choppy. I assumed I was just trash, but upon further inspection, I realized that I was dragging my pinky and ring finger along my mouse pad. This was getting my mouse caught up and was causing this choppiness. I ended up deciding to check out what Best Buy had for mice, and I found this one and decided that I liked it. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and it’s a fantastic mouse. Tons of customization options when it comes to DPI and the color patterns on the mouse. It comes with a software that lets you easily change all of this with ease. Listen, I know I’m starting to sound like a sales rep for Corsair, but I can assure you, I’m just that happy with this product.

This is hands down, the most comfortable and responsive mouse I've used in two years. The clicks are quiet and require little actuation force. There is a DPI button and the software allows you to customize the DPI numbers so you can quickly switch between them at your leisure. There are 3 programmable buttons (1 behind the scroll wheel and DPI button and 2 on the side) for macros, and a "sniper button" to greatly decrease your DPI for FPS games. The grip and materials used for this mouse are second to none for a long gaming session. This mouse comes with a small case of weights if you want to add some weight to your mouse. And lastly, the RGB is beautiful. The best RGB I've seen on a mouse, mostly because its not completely covered by your hand.

Corsair Nightsword RGB has 10 buttons, which is 5 more buttons that aren't on your average mouse, which are all customizable for macros.
It has full RGB support and is customizable using the iCue software.
It is a pretty big mouse and is relatively elevated more compared to most mice, but that's exactly what I wanted and this mouse was perfect for me.
The thumb rest is very comfortable and the material used for this is great.
Great mouse for gaming.

Love this mouse. This was actually a replacement for one that had stopped working properly. The mouse is very light but comes with attachable weights and button actuation doesn't take much force at all. I'm a fan of the extra buttons as I do a lot of online navigating and am often going back and forth between pages.

I replaced my G502 SE with this mouse, and I am completely satisfied. It has decent weight, with the option to also be extremely light as well. It's very comfortable, and feels nice to hold. The clicks feel satisfying, and the extra buttons feel nice too. The lighting looks great, and the textures along the mouse are comfortable and grippy. The software take a little to figure out, but it's really powerful once you know what to do. All in, a very nice mouse I would highly recommend.
