    Yeah it works as intended. Remember that a PSU has only 80% usable power of its listed wattage. Though some can get as high as 95% usable if its listed on the package. This is a fully modular power supply

    Have yet to hear PSU even with case fans off. Modular design is easy and intuitive. 1000w should be enough for most users.

    I wasnt quite sure what to look for, but i had realized my computer was being under-supplied and/or my old PSU was messed up. This was a great price for wonderful quality and easy set up!! I will absolutley be using this in my build for the forseeable future enough wattage to stay current!

    Corsair makes solid power supplies. The capacitors in this model are not quite as nice as the RM1000x, but it is still a pleasure to build with and works flawlessly.

    You can never go wrong with a modular power supply unit. I think Corsair is probably my favorite. Just feels like pure quality. Just be aware it does NOT have an 8 to 12-pin convertor for older motherboards. You WILL need it, if you use a lot of monitors and accessories to spread out the power. I'm using a converter that's is using the actual corsair cord, and works great, and is cheaper.
