Not much more a person could ask for. I went with this over the Intel version because of the thermals of the CPU and this machine may be slightly slower than the 13900k but it stays whisper quiet under full load. The only negative I can say about this PC is the longer boot up time to other PCs I have tested

Amazing hardware, everything else is bad

First and most importantly, this computer doesn't come with an activated version of Windows, so save up an extra $200. Really wish they would have mentioned this somewhere in the product description. I've been a long-time Mac user and I had no clue you could buy a computer without the OS activated but apparently you can. Why is this even a thing? Bizarre. Time to go spend an extra $200 on my $4000 computer...
Computer hardware itself is 5 stars. Once set up correctly, it's amazing.
HOWEVER, if you're not an software engineer or don't have a ton of time on your hands to fix all the issues, look elsewhere.
Things that were wrong with my computer:
* MSI Center & iCUE are both pre-installed. These will fight with each other over control of the RGB lighting.
* iCUE will brick itself if you try to update it or uninstall it or repair it. There are many threads online about this and Corsair hasn't fixed it yet. Do not update iCUE.
* computer wouldn't detect mouse/keyboard if you unplug and plug them back in. Doesn't matter if you use a USB hub or plug directly into the computer.
* I called best buy support for help with all the above and they were completely incompetent. I was on the phone for over an hour and talked to 6 different people before I just gave up. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.
I did get everything but the windows activation key working after re-installing Windows from scratch twice. If you do this, select the option to completely erase and start over, if you pick "keep your files" it will still be very messed up.

Completely dead after two months

Worked about fine for exactly 2 months, and then it just stopped working completely - won't start at all.
I had it plugged in with a surge protector, so that isn't an issue.
Best I can guess is the power supply was faulty. Really sad. The main reason I bought pre-built is so I wouldn't be worried about any individual component being bung.
Haven't been able to find any support anywhere on how to fix this myself, or even talk to someone.
I wouldn't recommend this even on sale, because for the amount of money you are spending, you should expect support and for the thing to not poop out randomly

Drove 45 minutes to pick it up. When I got back home the PC was turning on but not posting. Had a bunch of fancy flashing lights and spinning fans but did not work. Pretty much dead on arrival. Hopefully, the replacement Best Buy ordered works.

The build is not what is pictured. Does not have quad channel memory, the 4090 is a PNY and not pictured founders edition. ssd is a gen 4. Not a good value buy.

This computer had all the specs we were looking for. It was a Christmas gift. Had to return after 10 days because it stopped communicating with the keyboard, mouse , and monitor.

Do not buy this if you plan on gaming. I unboxed it and plugged it all in just for it to take 10 minutes to start up. After it finally booted up I quickly figured out there was not a full version of windows on it. I then downloaded cyberpunk, and when I tried to play it, it intantly crashed and didn’t work. It also had a ton of problems with the 4090, and it kept using the AMD integrated graphics. Sent it back to best buy just for them to tell me that the motherboard, gpu, and psu were all messed up. Do. Not. Buy.
