These are great for prolonged play, they get a bit hot after about 2 or 3 hours (depending on where you live and how temperate your home is) but it isn't too bad. They are extremely comfortable to wear around the ear, they weigh a bit so they tend to slip down your head a bit but you can easily fix this by adjusting the height. Microphone is noise cancelling and unless its within a about a 40 degree arc in front of you it wont really pick up the noise and even still, it wont drown out your voice over comms. There is a mute function on the headset itself which means you do not have to use an adapter on a controller (if you have a controller w/ built in 3.5 mm jack) but the button is a bit finicky, feels clunky to use it so I would much rather have an adapter plugged into the controller to mute and adjust volume on the go. In short - Pros: Noise cancelling, very comfortable around the ear, good for hours of comm time, adjustable mic, very good sound and voice quality Cons: Kind of heavy, slips on head at times, can get a bit hot, mute button on headset feels cheap.
