I will not buy anything with Costway’s name on it again! This thing was defective straight out of the box! They apparently have no quality control. The Customer Service just wanted to give me the run around. I have 40 years experience as a HVAC Service Technician, I’am proficient at electrical troubleshooting. I’ve never had this much problem with a company trying to get out of a warranty issue! The unit had 120v to it and would not turn on! I did finally get a refund thanks to Bestbuy.
