Received this not working and have to wait for parts to be shipped. I went on vacation for a week the day after it was delivered. When I got back home I did every step by step to setting it up and the filament buffer had an error. After I fixed that the heating element wasn’t heating properly. Then I called customer service and I sent pictures and went through all the steps over and over troubleshooting and had to go back and forth with emails and pictures. Torrid is the return date but if you look at their return policy it’s more of up to the discretion type of policy. I just wish this processes was easier than it actual is. I am very disappointed in the level of helping figure the situation out and not going back and forth with emails for several days. Also there isn’t a really good way of explaining the setup.

Machine is pretty good and much better than the 700 bambu one which I had problem feeding the filament. This one is superior. However, their design studio is not easy to use which is reason I reduce one star. But over all this is awesome product. Also their extra pool holder is kind of meaningless as I need to exchange the tube in order to use the 5th one which is also a design flaw.

This Model by Creality is EVERYTHING youre likely looking for in a 3D printer....likely not for a beginner but soon after for sure !! You can use the app to design and guide your printer from no matter where you are. The print speed is super fast. Way less having to calibrate and recalibrate....it does that itself, self leveling is nice ! I LOVE the online camera installed in it to get a visual of what is going on no matter where, merely using the app on my phone. The 4 color auto filament CFS is phenominal, holds upto 3 more CFS which gives a total capability of 16 colors. So far I've used only 4 colors, it works flawlessly!! Needless to say I'll be expanding that capability soon!!! Shipped quickly from Creality, well packaged to avoid any damage. Easy set up and off I went !!

I upgraded to this K2 pro after owning the K1 for 2 years. Worth it. The CFS system works great and the size is perfect for my needs. I mainly been printing with PLA and have had no issues.

Its easy. Its fast. Its simple. It may be expensive, but quality like this doesn’t come cheap.
