Fast paced action movie good story line with good acting & enjoyable

This was an awesome movie and the quality of the Blu-ray was amazing!

Will you forget this film once it is over? Maybe. Will you be talking about it for years to come? Probably not. But you will still be in for quite a ride. You will be taking an adventure like you would experience a seat-belted classic roller coaster from that first click of the securely locked safety bar, then comes that mounting ascent of anticipation, tipping over and down through all of the twists, turns, and surprising sensations until your car finally comes to a satisfying halt at the end of the ride. So until that next masterpiece comes along, how about a thrill ride in the meantime? You could do worse.

This movie was billed as an action movie. Should have been a drama or sci-fi film. There IS action here and there, but not as advertised. The real draw of the film comes from Kevin Costners performance and the movie stealing Gal Gadot. She was by far the best performance of the film. Gary Oldman is wasted and Tommy Lee Jones' character doesn't add much. Both actors do good jobs, but just don't get the depth they deserve. I was excited to see Scott Adkins play "not Scott Adkins" but disappointed he wasn't given a lot to do other then run around in a suit and tie. Worth seeing but might not want to buy it right away.

CIA agent Bill Pope (Ryan Reynolds) dies while traveling to a secret location to meet a hacker who can launch missiles at will. Desperate to find his whereabouts, officials turn to an experimental neurosurgeon who can transfer memories from one brain to another. The guinea pig for the procedure is Jerico Stewart (Kevin Costner), a violent and dangerous death-row inmate. Now gifted with Pope's skills and knowledge, Stewart must race against time to stop a sinister international conspiracy.

It's ironic that Ryan Renolds is in both movies regarding 'being someone else'. That said I do like Kevin Costner as a bad guy. He did remind me of 3 DAYS TO KILL but as the bad guy vs a good guy. I didn't expect a lot from the movie (even though the commercials made it looked action packed). If you have like Ryan Renolds then see SELF/LESS if you like Kevin Costner as a bad guy then CRIMINAL is a fun movie.
