    I bought this to upgrade my son's laptop in preparation for entry into college. I've upgraded quite a bit of RAM in my lifetime, and I typically go to Crucial. Simply put, I use the brand a lot, and I've had no problems at all. Brand doesn't always matter to me, but when it keeps my / my kids' laptop working, I'm always going to come back to Crucial when possible.

    Performed as expected ! However I have concerns. The replacement Modules are only 3/4 as thick as OEM Micron making the connections between ram and the socket not tight enough after heated up. Can create Blue Screens during operation, start up, or anytime. Loose RAM/Blue Screen! I have been doing this for a while. After you install your RAM use a pick to press down to see that they properly seat. Mike R. MCSE

    I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Best buy and the Geek Squad. I took my laptop in and the gentleman there were extremely helpful. Kept me updated with what was going on while they diagnost my computer. My ram drive went out and they looked up another that would be compatible one that was a great price and installed it and had my laptop back to me in no time. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad.
