Great Hard Drive Upgrade

I replaced the hard drive in my 6 year old laptop, and it's running like new. Super fast, tons of room. No issues with the swap out. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue with an Intel NVMe that I needed another NVMe while it was being warrantied. This Crucial seems to be faster, and I have had no issues with macOS recognizing it for install. Boot times are a little improved (possibly due to issues with the Intel drive) so I will likely keep the Crucial as my boot drive and use the replaced Intel as a ghost backup. Would recommend.

Just a little over $40 with taxes, for a 1TB drive. May end up buying another one just for extra storage space for games later.

It runs faster that the old SSD that was in his laptop. He loves having more space on his laptop.

Only downside it that it has only 1 TERABYTE of storage, but most people don't need half of that.

This replaced the traditional HD and from the time booted the laptop I noticed the speed increase and everything ran faster. I would highly recommend switching to an ssd

Dramatically increased the speed of my computer and made loading anything happen in a fraction of the time compared to my old HDD. Installing and setting up was relatively simple.
