    Memory is fast and and operated below recommended temperature. It was easy to install and, so far (3 weeks out) is passes diagnostics and exceed the requirements for my Alienware Aurura R16. I HIGHLY resommend Crucial memory.

    i ordered 2 sets of this ram, what i got instead was some wireless jbl headphones, i contacted customer service 3 times (which seems based in india now) and they told me that they will replace my item or refund it and etc. they provided me a label to send back the wrong item ( jbl headphones ) then they sent me an email stating that my claim is denied i opened a case with bbb and they also denied my claim and told me to contact law enforcment. best buy stole 300 bucks from me and told me to contact law enforcment for fraud. so i will follow your recomendation and lawsuit is up next
