I have only used this toaster a few times and only to make toast. Has done a good job of providing an even and consistent toast to the bread. The slots seem wide enough for bagels but could be a little longer to more easily accept wide pan bread. Sometimes the wide bread needs a little push to get down through the slots. The bread slices must shrink a little while toasting because the bread pops up OK at end of cycle. Also, fingerprints are a bit of a problem. Overall, does what a toaster should do. What more do you need?

Nice features with digital toasting level and bagel setting. Toasts evenly. The only thing I don't like is you have to press the lever very hard.

This toaster toasts very nicely. But when the toast is done, it pops up with a loud BEEP that startles me every time. VERY annoying, and totally unnecessary. It completely ruins the tranquil process of making toast. It's as if the designers figured they had to add features to justify the price. Still, it's good toast, which is a big improvement over all the other toasters I've owned.

This toaster has more even toasting than other brands. I did lots of research before purchasing and narrowed it down to a couple. Purchased another brand from a different store and it was VERY uneven toasting - only toasted on 1 side of each slice of bread! This toaster did a much better job and I am very satisfied with it.

Just wanted a toaster - not a toaster oven. This one performs as expected. So far - it makes toast just as expected.

I shopped around for a new toaster when I bought my new appliances. I like buying on-line at Best Buy as can return to store if needed. I really like this toaster and the price was good. I did drop something on it causing a dent on top, but really my fault.

Stainless steel exterior is great looking in my kitchen. I like that you can set your toaster darkness or lightness.

I highly recommend this product& really like service from Best buy.

The product has no off/on switch & relies on plugging or unplugging every time for use. This info appears neither on the box nor in the advertising. I returned it to the store and opted for a different brand entirely. Fortunately Best Buy was superb about the return and exchange.

This toaster emits an audible noise when it is plugged in. I believe it comes from the LED screen. We tried 2 of these and they both have the noise. I prefer a toaster that can be left plugged in and the blue light is unnecessary, even annoying. It also beeps when the toast is done. This may be a feature that some people would like, but our dog would bark at it! This toaster was not for us.

Bought this to replace and older toaster that took forever to toast something and this one is not much better. However the functions it has particularly the Bagel is a real nice feature.

Complete waste of time and money. Toaster would be fantastic except it has a cheap, thin plastic lever that broke off within the first couple weeks of luse. Will return and buy a $12.99 cheap toaster.

Love the digital readout. Toaster is easy to use and gives an even browning of bread and waffles.

Good toaster at a great price. Like the multiple bread type selections, to toast only the inside of a bagel.
