Horribly Loud and Rattling

Opened on Christmas and plugged it in to use. The convection fan was extremely loud and I thought there was something wrong with it, so took it back to BBY to exchange. Of course it wasn't in stock so I had to have it shipped to me. When it arrived, it had Best Buy Inspected tape wrapped around it and the box was really beat up! I plugged this one in and turned it on. It was worse then the first one I had. The fan was loud, just the the first, and there was an awful rattling noise. It sounded like the convection fan was scrapping the inside of the housing as it rotated. Absolute garbage, so this one went back for good. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! I will not buy another Cuisinart toaster oven again!

Fan makes clicking noise

Both of them make a loud clicking fan noise when the air fryer is warming up like the fan is hitting a part of the body. Returned the first one thinking it was defective and now the second one is making the same noise. Will have to return this as well!!
