    I have two sets of these knives from Cuisinart and have replaced all of my older knives with them. The design of these are very clean and handle everything i can throw at them.

    Very sharp knives in a nice variety of colors. As other reviewers have stated, these are not ceramic coated but I did not want ceramic coated.

    I got these on a "deal of the day" sale and they are good knives. I got the multiple colors because it's easier to match up the sheathes with the knives.
