Have not tried the latte part only coffee and not thrilled about the machine at all. I would love to return it for a refund but the window to return it has past.

The coffee I get is warm, it is not making it hot. So its a warm coffee machine! Both BestBuy and the product are deserving 0 starts.

No more espresso
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After owning this machine for 2 years, which my wife and I cherished, it has suddenly stopped making espresso. Instead, it only produces light brown water. It is disappointing as it was an integral part of our morning routine. Unfortunately, I am unable to file a warranty claim as I no longer have the receipt for the machine.
