Good griddle

Good griddler but...

You can notice it when after the grill reaches the set temperature, you put on something, and the light immediately goes off, meaning that the temperature fell below the set point. I would give this a 5 stars if the plates were in cast iron.

Great Panini Press
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked at a lot of similar products, the Cuisinart 4-in-1 Grill/Griddle and Panini Press is one of the better built units. I saw a lot of other brand units broken on the shelf's, but I never saw a broken Cuisinart on a shelf. The drip tray seems to hold up better (hasn't melted) as others I've owned. Where I work has this Cuisinart (70+ people share the unit) and it is holding up fine; that one fact lead me to make this purchase.
